Separate the four parts of your budget

A useful digital marketing budget separates planning and management, content production, advertising spend, and measurement or website work. PCC Group publishes specific optional monthly services: four posts for one channel at ⁦⃁ 249⁩, care for one Google Business Profile at ⁦⃁ 299⁩, and management of one Google Search campaign at ⁦⃁ 399⁩. Each has a defined scope and exclusions on the local-presence page. Advertising spend is separate; broader multi-channel or production work needs its own quote. Website and ERP package prices are not marketing retainers.

Start with a measurable business goal

Choose a business goal before choosing a package. A local service business may want qualified enquiries, while an online store may need completed purchases. Define what makes an enquiry relevant, who responds, and how the business records the outcome. Followers and impressions can help describe exposure, but neither establishes that an interested customer contacted you or bought something.

For example, consider a local service business that wants Arabic and English enquiries for one branch. Its brief can identify the service, service area, landing page, enquiry form, approved photographs, response owner and reporting period. Ask each provider to price that same brief and list any missing inputs. This is an illustrative scope, not a client case study or a claim about the price of a Saudi campaign. A proposal that includes filming and a new landing page should be compared separately from one that only publishes supplied material.

Compare the same deliverables

For social media, specify the platforms, number and format of posts, languages, source of photos or footage, and revision process. State whether filming, design, copywriting, publishing, and responding to messages are included. A proposal for posting supplied images is a different service from one that includes visits, video production, and ongoing community management.

For paid campaigns, separate setup and management fees from the advertising budget. Confirm whether management is a fixed charge, a percentage of spend, or another agreed arrangement. List any landing pages, creative versions, product feeds, or tracking work that must be prepared. Ask who owns the advertising accounts and how you will view actual platform spend and invoices.

Agree spending limits and reporting

Set an approved spend limit and the process for changes. In Google Ads, an average daily budget is not necessarily the exact amount spent on each individual day; the platform documents how daily spending and monthly limits work. Review the rules for the chosen campaign type in the current official guidance linked below. The agency fee remains a separate line in your proposal.

Agree a reporting schedule and a small set of useful measures. Distinguish a click on a contact button, a successfully submitted enquiry, and a qualified sales opportunity. Check that forms work and the team can follow up before increasing spend. Compare performance against the actual campaign period and budget, and record tracking changes so a measurement change is not mistaken for business growth.

Request a proposal you can evaluate

For SEO work, ask which existing pages need improvement, how technical issues are checked, who supplies content, and which search reports will be reviewed. A paid advertising budget does not purchase a better organic ranking. Treat promises of a fixed search position, guaranteed leads, or citations in every AI assistant as claims that need evidence rather than as deliverables you can assume.

Send PCC Group your service or product, target area, customer languages, current website and social profiles, available content, and budget boundary. Ask for a written list of deliverables, exclusions, recurring costs, reporting access, and the terms for stopping or changing the work. This gives you a practical basis for comparing proposals without relying on an unsupported “average Saudi marketing price”.
