IbraTech terms of service
These terms concern IbraTech, operated by Ehteraf Al-Inshaa Co. Read them with the privacy policy and the shop's approved offer or subscription agreement, subject to mandatory rights that cannot be excluded.

The service and available features
IbraTech manages tailoring-shop operations and records. Feature availability depends on the subscription, permissions, configuration and external approvals. Displaying a screen or onboarding option does not mean that feature is enabled or ready for commercial use.
WhatsApp and online-payment integrations are optional and require provider accounts, setup and approval, plus the applicable messaging funding arrangement. Each shop's integration readiness is reviewed before activation. Enabling Phase 1 electronic invoicing does not complete Phase 2 onboarding; Phase 2 requires taxpayer and invoicing-device setup, certificates and verification of the submission workflow.
Account management and authority
Anyone opening an account or connecting shop assets must be authorized to do so, provide accurate information, protect login credentials and devices, manage staff permissions and report unauthorized access to support.
Connected WhatsApp accounts and business phone numbers remain their owners' assets. An authorized person grants the permissions needed for integration; using IbraTech does not transfer ownership of a phone number or Meta account to IbraTech.
Shop records and responsibilities
The shop is responsible for the accuracy of its records, invoices, measurements and message content, and for lawfully collecting and using customer and employee information with appropriate notices. It must manage access, safeguard necessary copies and address data-subject requests in cooperation with IbraTech where appropriate.
WhatsApp use
The integration must not be used for unsolicited messages, deception, impersonation or bypassing restrictions and permissions. Obtain required messaging consent, honor opt-outs, and use approved templates and permitted features in accordance with WhatsApp policies and applicable rules.
Sending depends on completed account and phone onboarding, verification, registration, permissions, funding, template approval and operational checks. IbraTech does not guarantee Meta approval of an app, template, display name or credit line, or the delivery or delivery time of every message.
Meta and other providers have separate terms and policies and may restrict features. Publishing these pages does not establish IbraTech's Solution Partner status or an agreement with a billing partner.
Subscriptions and payments
Prices, currency, taxes, included services and subscription duration, and cancellation or refund terms are stated in the approved offer, service agreement and checkout before purchase. These documents are not a quotation; review the specific offer before purchasing, subject to mandatory statutory rights.
Renewal of an existing IbraTech subscription costs SAR 50 for one month or SAR 500 for 12 months. The separate first activation fee is SAR 500, charged once and not added to renewal payments.
Each renewal is a single payment and does not enable automatic recurring card charges. After the server confirms payment, the purchased term extends the shop's license: remaining time is preserved for an active subscription, while renewal starts at payment confirmation if the subscription has expired. Test payments do not extend a license.
The shop pays WhatsApp API fees directly to Meta. Messaging charges are separate from the IbraTech subscription and its renewal; paying the subscription does not settle Meta fees or automatically enable messaging.
Hosted checkout processes payment-method details with the payment provider. License renewal depends on server verification of the transaction; returning from checkout alone is not proof of payment. Discuss charging errors and disputed transactions with support without repeating purchases or sends that could cause duplicates.
Support, changes and restrictions
Availability may be affected by connectivity, maintenance, shop devices and external providers. Material changes to features or agreements are communicated according to their nature and applicable obligations. Any specific uptime or support-response commitment is set out in the approved service agreement, without affecting statutory data-rights deadlines.
Features may be restricted for security risks, misuse, incomplete authorization or provider requirements, with the cause handled through support. Restriction or termination does not remove applicable data rights or outstanding financial and legal obligations.
Ending use and handling data
To end service, disconnect WhatsApp or request deletion, email info@pccgroup.sa and specify your request. Pending operations may need reconciliation, with coordination about local copies and records subject to legal retention.
Uninstalling IbraTech, using its remove-from-device control or revoking Meta permissions does not delete all cloud records or the WhatsApp Business Account. Our data deletion instructions explain these distinctions and how to submit a request.
Contact and mandatory rights
The operator is Ehteraf Al-Inshaa Co. (شركة احتراف الإنشاء), Saudi Arabia; contact info@pccgroup.sa. These terms do not exclude mandatory rights under applicable rules. Additional contractual terms must be reviewed with the shop before approval. Publishing these documents does not automatically enable payments or messaging.
